As a child our favourite time used to be playtime whether at home or during recess time in schools indulging with full enthusiasm in Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Padan-Pakdai, Barf-pani & then of course being an Indian how it was possible we haven't played our version of cricket with cloth washing ‘mogri’, our bat. For all of us those childhood games have special position in our memories & for some the Cricket paved way for their career.
Once the gentleman’s game now has both the gender playing their part in keeping the game alive.
It becomes the dream that twinkle in the eyes of the little ones & in their parents too who to let those epic dreams grow with the growth of their offsprings.
The same was the case with the popularly Punjabi puttar Shubman Gill , who father dream became his reality & Tanya Bhatia too who is yet to hit national limelight & is busy in preparation of big days.
Their is no denying the fact that Cricket has always lifted its players from worst of circumstances to the best of days , for Rajni Devi who could not have seen the reality she is living today by being in the Punjab U-23 , all thanks to the free coaching that broke down the shackles of early marriage for the leg spinner.
